Key Role and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives and projects.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on account status, sales performance, and client feedback for management review.
Educational Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales and account management principles, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite.
